Classified PG 2 $33,787/annual (minimum) Full-time with Benefits Campus: Williamson Responsibilities: Coordinate work processes within the student records department regarding the maintenance, dissemination, processing, and confidentiality of student record information. Prepare, update, and maintain student permanent records, which include personal and academic information, academic transcripts, enrollment verifications, and diplomas. Host the college’s online student services platform and provide customer service to internal and external customers. Ensure compliance with college policies and state and federal regulations.

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements

Requirements: Associate’s degree in a related field, plus 6-12 months of related experience working with students, faculty, the general public, student records, and computers. Knowledge and frequent use of technology, including but not limited to word processing, spreadsheets, email, and online meeting platforms/video conferencing tools, are preferred. Must have a strong commitment to excellent customer service, demonstrating a people-first attitude, patience to communicate with various interdisciplinary teams and users, attentiveness, creativity, and resourcefulness. Must have excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Must have the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines. Strong organizational skills are required along with attention to detail. Must demonstrate knowledge of computers and recordkeeping, a broad understanding of the business of education, the ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment, and the ability to learn and apply federal and state laws and all institutional policies and procedures.
